- How many staff do you have on your books at any one time?
The number of candidates registered will vary on a day to day basis but being a well established local agency we can guarantee to have a good selection of most categories of staff at anyone time. If you require someone with more specialised experience we will happily advertise on your behalf to find the right person for you.
We have a High Street shop frontage and advertise in our window, on our website, in local newspapers and specialist journals where necessary.
- What do we get for our fee?
All clients receive a comprehensive and professional recruitment service whereby we endeavour to provide you with competent and well suited staff. However, in the event that they fail to meet expectations or leave for any reason other than redundancy, we then offer a rebate service.
- What can you provide that the larger agencies can’t?
Being a local, independent agency we have an excellent knowledge of the area and the workforce available. We deal with the individual requirements of both client’s and candidate’s. By paying close attention to details and company policies, we provide accurate job matching. Being a local agency, we operate without the restraint of national budget requirements and overheads.
